These pictures were taken during 4 trips to the Western Isles, between 2010 and 2014, and particularly during a stay in December 2011 where I could experience some impressive stormy weather, although to be outside in the gales and withstand the freezing temperatures was a real challenge. I think that some of the pictures reflect these difficult conditions and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to witness them as a photographer.
